Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and schedules change; however, to ensure I can provide the best service to all my clients, I require adherence to the following policy: 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. 2. No-Shows • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. 3. Grace Period (Late Arrivals) • I offer a 15-minute grace period. * If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting the next client. If we must reschedule, the Late Cancellation Fee will apply. 4. Deposits • required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
