CANCELLATION POLICY

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and is applied to your final balance. Reschedule with 48+ hours notice and your deposit transfers to your new appointment once. Inside 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service cost; no-shows are charged 100%. Please arrive on time — arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled, with the above terms applying. Salon etiquette: this is a luxury environment. Speakerphone use is not permitted — please step outside for calls. We ask all clients to refrain from profanity while in the suite. HAIR PREP: Please do not wash your hair before your appointment — your wash is included in your service and I prep every client myself. Detangling your hair before you arrive is highly recommended. Extremely thick or matted hair requiring significant extra prep time may incur an additional fee, quoted before we begin. Parking: our suite is located in a plaza with plenty of free parking right out front. OFF-DAY PREMIUM: Sunday and Monday are my off days. Appointments booked on these days are charged at double the standard service rate.
